  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, shipping may take additional time. Customers will be informed accordingly.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier partner

    • Weather conditions or regional restrictions

📌 Remote or non-serviceable locations may take longer.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (if applicable)

  • Shipping charges for orders below this value (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.

📍 Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available.

🔄 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

❌ Undelivered / RTO Orders

Orders may be returned to origin (RTO) due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept the order

📌 In such cases:

  • Reshipping may incur additional charges

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping & RTO charges

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution accordingly.

📝 Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, address modification is not possible.
